Definition: Electro-welded mesh panels are wireframes arranged in perpendicular directions, electro-welded together, giving rigidity and dimensional stability to the panel.

Characteristics: For the corrosion protection and the different applications we have the panels in different presentations.

1) Finishing of wires:

1.- Galvanized: With different layers of galvanization ranging from 45 grams / meter2 to 240 grams / meter2.

2.- Painted: Different colors according to the applications.

 

 

 

 

3.- Coated with PVC: Providing maximum protection to the corrosion of the environment and providing diversity of colors for a unique finish.

2) Finishing on the edges of the panel:

1.- Without tips.

2.- With tips on two sides.

3.- With tips on all four sides.

Terminations vary for different applications in equipment installations.

3) Openings:

1.- Rectangular opening.

2.- Square opening.

Openings may vary depending on the use of the mesh panel.

Production process

1.- Drawing: Decrease in diameter to obtain the required.

2.- Galvanization: Hot dip zinc coating.

3.- Electrowelded: Union of wire of rigid form, by fusion of the same.

4.- Painted: Application of thermo-hardened paint.

5.- PVC coating: PVC panel immersion coating.

6.- Packaging: All panels are packed in pallets.
